This session reviews best practices for performance management, as well as a variety of options for same. The session also covers how to identify performance issues and what to do once that identification is made. The session includes a review of performance management strategies, including reviews, trainings, and performance improvement plans. We also cover the "do's and don'ts" of employee discipline. The goal is to broaden your understanding of your options and learn how to implement practices that could enhance performance while minimizing risk.
