Kevin Shepherd presented "Evolving Due Diligence Challenges and Technological Solutions for Financial Institutions and their Counsel" on September 14, 2017, at the ABA Business Law Section annual meeting. Kevin is liaison from the ABA Board of Governors to the ABA Business Law Section and the ABA Task Force on Gatekeeper Regulation and the Profession and is chair of the ABA Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law's Working Group on Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorist Financing Efforts Affecting Lawyers.
