On May 16, 2018 Venable partner Sung Hwang will moderate the panel "The Basics of Condominium Offering Plans and the Role of New York State Attorney General's Office – Real Estate Finance Bureau" at the New York County Lawyers Association. He will be joined by NYCLA's Asian Practice Committee for an updated look at the New York State Attorney General's Office requirements for condominium offering plans, a discussion from the attorney's perspective, and information on what banks look for in an offering plan to get a new project ready for mortgage lending.

Venable will be co-sponsoring the program with NYCLA's Asian Practice Committee, the Asian American Bar Association of New York, and the Korean American Lawyers Association of Greater New York.
