On September 23, 2019, Norman Lencz presented "Choice of Entity After Tax Reform" at the Executive Taxation Series of the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College in New York City. The presentation focused on the many new factors that need to be considered in choosing a business entity, including the 21% corporate tax rate, the 20% pass-through deduction, and the limitations on the deductibility of state and local income taxes by individuals.
