Venable partner Laura Biddle will moderate and Joshua Raymond will speak on a panel, "Community Reinvestment Act Modernizations Proposal: What You Need to Know," presented by the DC Bar Communities in Venable's DC office on March 3, 2020. The program will provide an overview of recently proposed changes by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), which will modernize the agencies' regulations under the Community Reinvestment Act that have not been substantively updated for nearly 25 years.
