Venable attorney Michael Sandonato will moderate the panel “Enforcement by CBP: Exclusion Orders, Counterfeiting, and Trademarks” at the Federal Circuit Bar Association’s 2020 Bench & Bar Virtual Conference, being held June 16 -19. Michael’s panel, which is scheduled for June 17 from 2:15 – 3:15 pm, which discuss the roles of U.S. Customs, the U.S. Court of International Trade and the ITC in enforcing exclusion orders and intellectual property rights, and will feature as speakers the General Counsel of the ITC and an Attorney Advisor from CBP’s IPR Branch, among others.
