In this session, former FTC Bureau Directors, David Valdeck and Howard Beales will join Venable’s own former FTC Regional Director, Len Gordon, to discuss what to expect from the Commission in light of a new Chair, the Supreme Court’s ruling in AMG, recent rulemakings, and other activity at the agency.
