Venable attorney Michael Sandonato was a featured speaker on the panel “Developments in Subject Matter Eligibility at the U.S. Supreme Court and Elsewhere” at the 2022 Global Series Global Outreach Fall Session, co-hosted by the Federal Circuit Bar Association and the European Patent Lawyers Association. Michael covered various litigation aspects of the U.S. subject matter eligibility inquiry, on a panel that included Circuit Judge Chen of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the deputy solicitor of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
