At 6 p.m. on March 21, 2023, Paula Hopkins will participate in a panel discussion on evolving issues surrounding trademark protection and enforcement.
The panel will examine recent trademark decisions (e.g., Hermès v. Rothschild, Stone Brewing Co. v. MillerCoors, and Adidas v. Thom Browne) and speak with experts on the evolving issues surrounding trademark protection and enforcement.
The program will take place in the Clara Barton Auditorium at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office at 600 Dulany Street, Alexandria, Virginia. This will be an in-person meeting.
