In this award-winning seminar, Venable partner Claudia Lewis will speak on the influence of and barriers caused by sexism in the natural products industry. The intention of the series is to create an awareness of and elevate the discussion on how to address traditional stereotypes of gender roles that discriminate against, devalue, or restrict opportunities for professionals working in the natural products space, an industry that has experienced significant strife and discord on the topic of sexism and has had limited outlets for engaging in productive conversations on this issue.
