Hilary Atzrott Hamburg spoke at the New York State Bar Association’s Real Property Law Section Summer Meeting 2023 on June 23 in Saratoga Springs. She spoke on “Conversion of Commercial Buildings.” Hilary is the co-chair of the NYSBA’s Real Property Law Section’s Land Use and Environmental Law Committee.
