On Friday, April 12, Hilary Atzrott Hamburg moderated a Panel Discussion about Life of An Application for the Developer, Town and Citizens Group Attorney Perspectives at New York State Bar Association’s Land Use & Zoning 201 seminar in Albany, and additionally presented a CLE on Ethics in Zoning and Land Use Law. The full-day seminar allowed participants to gain valuable insights from the unique perspectives of municipal attorneys, applicant's attorneys, and citizen group attorneys, ensuring a well-rounded and practical approach to navigating the intricacies of Land Use.
