Topics discussed during the panel included the fundamentals of healthcare patents, such as types of patents, patentability criteria and the patenting process, navigating the unique challenges of patenting in the healthcare industry, and strategies for maximizing the value of intellectual property.
Michele also joined another roundtable, “Navigating the Legal & Regulatory Complexities of the Femtech Market,” where she offered her thoughts on how to employ advanced strategies for maintaining a competitive edge with intellectual property protection.
