Elizabeth (“Liz”) Lowe will be presenting on March 4, and her session will cover how importers and exporters can navigate the newly implemented Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) Final Rule regarding unreasonable refusal to deal and provide the strategies to safeguard your business interests and secure fair treatment in the global shipping marketplace.
