David Barr will co-chair and present at a one-day Practising Law Institute (PLI) program, “Developments in Pharmaceutical and Biotech Patent Law 2025,” in New York City on November 21. Barr’s presentation is titled “Biologics, Cell and Gene Therapies: Patent Developments.”
This session will review patent developments impacting biologic drugs and cell and gene therapies. After completing this session, participants will have a greater understanding of:
