Everyone understands that use of AI tools creates certain risks (e.g., confidentiality, IP ownership, etc.). Everyone has made explicit or implicit decisions about the amount of risk they are prepared to take on in their businesses and in future litigation. However, not everyone is keeping the records they will need to respond to inquiries from clients, to complete due diligence questionnaires when selling their businesses or seeking financing, or in litigation in response to discovery requests. This program explores some of the inquiries advertising agencies may receive and the records agencies may need to respond to those inquiries.
