Venable partner Sarah Brooks will participate in a habeas training webinar hosted by the Los Angeles Chapter of the Federal Bar Association on April 25, 2026.
This program is designed for practitioners interested in handling federal habeas petitions for individuals in immigration custody, including immigration attorneys, federal practitioners, and those new to either area. The training will feature two breakout sessions covering key aspects of immigration law and federal habeas practice, as well as an overview of the forthcoming Central District of California General Order.
