Meaghan Kent will host a fireside chat focused on AI and IP with professor and author Robin Feldman. Drawing on her new book, AI versus IP: Rewriting Creativity, Professor Feldman will examine how artificial intelligence is reshaping the relationship between technological progress, economic incentives, and democratic governance—and what legal frameworks must do to keep pace.
Professor Robin Feldman is the Arthur J. Goldberg Distinguished Professor of Law at UC Law SF and the founder and director of the Center for Innovation (C4i). The Center for Innovation is an outcome-oriented think tank focused on how law, technology, and public interest intersect in real-world policy decisions.
The event will be held at the DC Bar Headquarters on May 5 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
