The U.S. Office of Management and Budget is proposing significant changes to the Uniform Guidance (2 C.F.R. Part 200) governing federal agencies and their grant recipients and subrecipients. The revisions range from new requirements on DEI and “anti-American values” to enhanced government termination rights and senior appointee review of grant awards.
