Venable attorneys Frank Ciatto, Stephanie Molyneaux, David Feinberg, and Theodore Randles will present during the CLE webinar series "LLC Operating Agreements: From Formation to Dispute Resolution," hosted by myLawCLE. The program has two virtual sessions that will take place on June 29. The first one, "Governance and Drafting Considerations," will be presented by Frank Ciatto and Stephanie Molyneaux from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. ET. The second session, "Enforcement and Dispute Resolution," will be presented by David Feinberg and Theodore Randles from 2:10 to 3:10 p.m. ET. The sessions cover how to draft LLC operating agreements for sound governance and how those agreements are enforced and disputed in litigation, including topics like fiduciary duties, deadlock mechanics, transfer restrictions, and dissolution remedies.
