Venable Partner Adam Kelly to Moderate Panel at Federal Circuit Bar Association

Adam Kelly will join a panel, “Review of Recent Federal Circuit Remedies Decisions and Their Implications,” during the FCBA's 2026 Bench & Bar in Dialogue on October 6. This panel will cover recent remedies developments—including damages, injunctions, and other equitable relief—and examine evolving standards for obtaining injunctive relief, particularly the federal circuit's domestic industry rulings in Lashify and their implications for exclusion order availability to prospective new complainants.
