On October 7, Venable partner Caitlin Blanche will participate in the panel discussion "Beauty on Trial: Navigating Emerging Litigation and Product Liability Trends" at the West Coast Forum on Cosmetics and Personal Care Products in San Francisco, where Venable will be a sponsor.
The panel will examine current false advertising, Prop. 65, and product liability trends impacting cosmetics and personal care products.
