The term “cash management” describes a variety of methods, tools, products, and platforms offered by banks and other providers to help businesses manage their accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other cash operations. The focus of this article is the use of cash management in loan transactions to control and balance the competing interests in revenues from real property collateral for a loan.
