These experience-focused users can help rejuvenate real estate developments, creating vibrant places and driving foot traffic. Sports facilities and sports-focused experience tenants make up a large share of this market, and developments compete for them. However, these users also increase key legal and business risks in specific areas. Lawyers must understand the tenant’s business models and address specific issues for long-term success.
