Larry also represents clients in individual and fiduciary capacities to administer estates and trusts, including through probate proceedings, fiduciary appointments and removals, trust and estate litigation, fiduciary accountings, and the preparation of estate tax returns.
Larry represents his clients before state and federal courts and the U.S. Tax Court, in private letter ruling requests and audits before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and New York State Department of Taxation and Finance, and before administrative government entities such as the New York City Department of Small Business Services.
