As an experienced trial lawyer, Jessica Arett helps clients big and small navigate disputes in and outside of court. Jessica has represented clients ranging from international corporations to local businesses and individuals all over the country in state and federal courts, arbitration, and administrative proceedings. She regularly manages commercial disputes related to corporate governance, construction, and real estate issues, as well as commercial contracts and tort claims. Jessica is also a certified privacy professional who advises businesses and nonprofits on compliance with ever-changing state and federal privacy and data security laws and regulations.

Jessica has handled data security issues for clients in the education, healthcare, public utility, and financial services spaces. She frequently advises clients on compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accessibility Act (HIPAA), Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), and Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Jessica is also experienced in providing guidance on the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), and the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Throughout her career, Jessica has also proudly litigated cases pro bono, involving immigration, civil rights, and protection for victims of domestic violence.
