Bryana Bowman helps teams of regulatory attorneys as they advise clients on various aspects of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulatory framework, including labeling, marketing, and advertising claims. While pursuing her law degree, Bryana worked as a paralegal in the Fraud Section of the Department of Justice's (DOJ) Civil Division. In this role, she supported large and complex False Claims Act (FCA) matters related to procurement, financial, and healthcare fraud. She also drafted Civil Investigative Demands, conducted legal research, and analyzed discovery materials provided by defense counsel.
Bryana served as a senior staffer on the Administrative Law Review during law school, strengthening her research and writing skills. She also worked as a summer associate with Venable, where she assisted with advertising, privacy, and pro bono matters.
