Dana Bressman is a senior attorney who assists high-net-worth individuals in creating complex and individualized estate plans that emphasize wealth planning and preservation goals, including general and sophisticated multigenerational estate and transfer tax planning, business succession, and charitable giving. Dana coordinates with the client’s financial advisors, insurance agents, and accountants to effectuate all facets of an estate plan, including asset titling, business interest transfers, and retirement account designations. Her experience includes drafting, reviewing, and finalizing an extensive range of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, healthcare directives, powers of attorney, deeds, leases, promissory notes, LLC operating agreements, assignments and consents, limited partnership agreements, and prenuptial agreements.
