Darek Bushnaq concentrates on helping clients with bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. Darek’s clients rely on his experienced counsel for Chapter 11 and other bankruptcy proceedings, financial reorganizations and restructurings, debtor-creditor matters, and commercial litigation. Darek has represented debtors, creditors, creditors’ committees and trustees, and purchasers of assets, including financial institutions, health care institutions, energy companies, private equity funds, and other businesses in and outside of bankruptcy cases. He also has counseled secured parties in all aspects of single-asset real estate cases and non-bankruptcy litigation, including receiverships, foreclosures, and loan workouts.
