Jeffrey's practice focuses on a variety of matters in federal and state courts, and before state government agencies, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, reduction in workforce, hiring, and wage and hour issues. He has experience managing all phases of litigation, including writing motions and briefs, preparing clients for deposition, preparing discovery requests and responses, and arguing motions in court.
In addition to his litigation practice, Jeffrey provides preventive counseling on hiring and managing employees, as well as compliance with state and federal wage and hour laws, the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), the California Family Rights Act (CFRA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other employment laws.
