Rachel Baruck advises tax-exempt organizations and political clients on legal issues impacting their operations. Rachel’s practice includes counseling clients on nonprofit exemptions and compliance, governance, federal and state lobbying and ethics rules, and campaign finance law. Before joining Venable, she gained experience at a law firm specializing in political, nonprofit, and election law. Prior to Rachel’s legal career, she held roles in digital communications and field organizing with a variety of political organizations.
