- Representing an Alaskan crude oil producer in a FERC investigation of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System’s Quality Bank methodology and related appeal to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals
- Representing a coalition of complainants challenging cost-based and market-based rates charged by the largest refined products pipeline in the United States
- Represented a coalition of major shippers and trade associations in a FERC rulemaking to determine five-year index levels for oil, refined product, and NGL pipelines, including related appeals at multiple U.S. Circuit Courts
- Represented a major industrial customer in a FERC dispute over a natural gas pipeline rate increase
- Assisted in developing compliance procedures and guidance materials for an interstate oil pipeline operator
- Representing a refined products storage provider in a FERC complaint proceeding alleging economic discrimination against a pipeline operator
- Represented shippers at FERC in multiple proceedings investigating pipeline applications for market-based rates
- Assists in all aspects of numerous appeals to the U.S. Courts of Appeals under the Administrative Procedures Act, the Interstate Commerce Act, and the Energy Policy Act of 1992
- Represents crude oil and refined products shippers in multiple rate and tariff disputes before the California Public Utilities Commission

- Assisted with comprehensive regulatory analysis of a potential clean hydrogen project
- Developed testimony for a Senate hearing on hydrogen pipeline regulation
- Represents a major hydrogen producer with advice and advocacy on pipeline regulatory issues
