Cassidy Chiasson helps clients solve today’s problems and protect themselves against tomorrow’s threats by providing in-depth research and sharp analysis on a variety of national, international, and operational security issues. Cassidy is particularly knowledgeable about issues related to supply chain security, emerging technologies, cybersecurity, U.S. foreign policy and defense, and geopolitical, business, and operational risk. She is adept at understanding clients’ businesses and providing actionable analysis that addresses both their concerns and potential pitfalls they have yet to consider.

Prior to joining Venable Blue, Cassidy held a series of roles at BlueVoyant Government Solutions (formerly 202 Group), progressing from analyst to senior analyst working on a variety of projects for the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD), and then becoming a sales enablement manager developing marketing materials and overseeing the company’s social media strategy. She began her professional career as an analyst at Beacon Global Strategies, where she provided clients with weekly updates on evolving global events and oversaw the company’s 2020 U.S. presidential election monitoring project.
