Jayne Chung represents clients in transactional tax matters. As a Venable summer associate, Jayne updated the Maryland General Corporate Law treatise by analyzing enacted bills, drafting the statute update summary, and proposing additions. Jayne is a certified public accountant and worked as an assurance senior associate at a major financial services firm prior to joining Venable.
