Lisa has also represented judgment creditors and judgment debtors in collection matters, including domestication of foreign judgments, garnishments, replevins, and proceedings supplementary. In addition, Lisa's practice includes general corporate, real estate, community association, and family law matters.
Lisa was previously a solo practitioner and has had lengthy associations with two prominent Florida law firms. Lisa is also a licensed Florida real estate agent concentrating on commercial real estate sales and lease transactions.
Lisa is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Hispanic Bar Association and Hillsborough County Bar Association.
