Miguel Castillo advises clients on complex due diligence investigations, third-party risk management, and sanctions-related compliance matters involving cross-border operations and international stakeholders. With significant experience managing investigative projects across Latin America and other global jurisdictions, Miguel helps clients identify operational, reputational, and regulatory risks through open-source intelligence (OSINT) and investigative analysis. Before joining Venable, Miguel managed due diligence for clients in more than 40 countries. He developed and tailored investigative scopes and identified key risk areas affecting vendor operations and business relationships.
