Rachel E. Conover

With a background in finance, taxation, and accounting, Rachel Conover advises companies and individuals on a broad range of corporate matters. Rachel has drafted operating agreements, endorsement agreements, and other business transaction documents for clients in the entertainment industry, including actors, writers, producers, musicians, athletes, and entrepreneurs. Before joining Venable, Rachel served as general counsel for a prominent cosmetic dermatology clinic. In this role, she drafted, reviewed, and negotiated various corporate documents addressing media, patent, employment, compliance, and regulatory issues.
