  • Defended a large government contractor against a wide array of business torts involving a competitive procurement valued at more than 500 million dollars (USD)
  • Served as lead counsel for a plaintiff government contractor in a complex commercial arbitration related to a breach of a subcontract agreement; obtained a multi-million-dollar settlement (AAA)
  • Successfully defended a government contractor in a teaming agreement dispute—including compelling arbitration, reducing the scope of the case via a motion to dismiss, and obtaining an arbitral award dismissing all remaining claims after a four-day hearing (CPR)
  • Successfully defended a prime contractor against claims by a subcontractor for breach of subcontract, breach of non-solicitation, tortious interference with contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, conversion, and conspiracy (Fairfax Cir.)
  • Represented a prime contractor in a teaming agreement dispute and obtained early determination that teaming agreement was unenforceable "agreement to agree" (Arbitration)
  • Secured favorable settlement for a government contractor in a dispute over a subcontractor breaching a teaming agreement and poaching employees

Trade Secret and Employment Litigation

  • Secured a preliminary injunction against a former executive in a noncompetition and misappropriation of trade secrets case on behalf of the largest shipping company in the United States. (Norfolk Cir.)
  • Defended large government contractor against misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duty, and tortious interference claims involving a competitive procurement valued at more than 500 million dollars (USD)
  • Served as counsel for a government contractor whose former employee attempted to provide trade secrets to a rival company; obtained temporary restraining order (D.C. Superior) 
  • Obtained a preliminary injunction for a large defense contractor under the Federal Defend Trade Secrets Act regarding trade secrets shared during a teaming agreement involving the receiving party's failure to firewall employees with knowledge (E.D. Va)
  • Secured favorable confidential settlement for a plaintiff prime contractor against a subcontractor in a case involving claims of fraudulent inducement, misappropriation of trade secrets, and tortious interference with contract (Fairfax Cir.)

Real Estate Disputes

  • Obtained preliminary injunction for a commercial developer against neighboring developer (Loudoun. Cir.)
