Benjamin Dahl

Ben Dahl practices intellectual property law with a focus on patent litigation in pharmaceutical products. In addition to preparing and drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses, Ben’s experience also includes trial support, deposition support, and preparation of witnesses. While in law school, he worked as a law clerk in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, assisting the Appellate Division in the preparation of appellate briefs for submission to the DC Court of Appeals.
