Gabrielle Danzeisen Serrano assists clients with corporate law matters. Gabrielle focuses on corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and general business transactions. She brings a foundation in intellectual property (IP) and transactional law, strengthened by prior legal internship experience supporting art and entertainment institutions on copyright, licensing, and business matters. Gabrielle’s background gives her a unique ability to navigate transactions involving creative assets, brand strategy, and IP-driven business needs.
During law school, Gabrielle served as an articles editor for the UC Davis Law Review and as the diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) chair for the King Hall Intellectual Property Association, where she honed her writing and leadership skills.
