Jason Dorsky focuses on all aspects of complex patent litigation and United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) contested proceedings across a wide variety of technologies, including computer technology, user interface and circuit design, network systems, data communications, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and industrial manufacturing processes. Jason also has significant experience in trade secret and trade dress litigation, intellectual property transactions, due diligence, and patent prosecution. Before entering the legal profession, he designed and installed digital periscope and communications systems on submarines for the Department of Defense (DOD).
