Joyce Delgado helps her team solve the complex needs of clients facing bankruptcy proceedings and commercial and white collar litigation challenges. Joyce is experienced in representing clients in a wide variety of litigation matters, including complex commercial and business disputes, product liability, insurance coverage, and malpractice. She gained practical, real-world experience as a 2013 Legislative Scholar for the Florida House of Representatives.
She received her juris doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2017, where she served as vice president of the Florida Moot Court Team, a teaching assistant in Trial Practice, and a senior editor for the Levin College of Law’s first Spanish legal journal.
While in law school, Joyce excelled in moot court competition and honed her leadership skills as Vice President of the Florida Moot Court Team at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Bilingual in Spanish and English, she proudly served as senior editor of her law school's first Spanish-language legal journal.
