Michael DeWine

Michael DeWine advises and represents clients in complex litigations arising from bankruptcy. He has experience in litigation in both state and federal courts, including disputes involving breach of contract, business torts, and fraud. Prior to joining Venable, Michael clerked with Judge Edmund A. Sargus in the Southern District of Ohio. In law school, Michael served as an editor of Simon's New York Rules of Professional Conduct Annotated and treasurer of the Midwestern Law Society. Outside of the classroom, Michael externed for Judge Chad Readler of the Sixth Circuit and in the office of the Brooklyn district attorney.
