Jessica Erenbaum

Jessica Serell Erenbaum helps clients handle commercial litigation and transactional matters, with an emphasis on real estate and franchising. Jessica has represented corporations, financial institutions, and individuals in complex litigation in both state and federal courts. She regularly guides franchisors in litigation matters involving trademark protection, intellectual property rights, franchise terminations, and other issues, as well as in the preparation of franchise disclosure documents.

Jessica's real estate litigation practice covers a wide range of matters, including major construction defect cases, land-use and zoning matters, development concurrency issues, claims involving condominium developments, and foreclosures of commercial properties. She also represents developers in the formation of condominium and other planned unit developments.

Jessica currently serves on the national board of directors for the Duke University Alumni Association. She is also a co-chair of the Duke South Florida Alumni Association board of directors, the chairperson of the Duke University Alumni Admissions Advisory Committee for Broward County, and a former co-chair of the Duke South Florida Women's Forum.
