Emily Foehr is a California State Bar Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law, The State Bar of California of Legal Specialization. Emily advises high-net-worth individuals and families on all aspects of wealth planning and assists with wealth preservation through strategies that mitigate income, estate, and generation-skipping transfer taxes, limiting risk to family assets. She handles estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning; trust and estate administration; planned charitable giving; and business succession strategies. Emily prepares sophisticated lifetime and estate planning documents to help families and individuals preserve and grow businesses and legacies built over a lifetime. 

While a student at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, Emily worked as an extern for Judge John A. Mendez with the United States District Court in Sacramento, California. She also served as an intern with the McGeorge Tax Appeals Assistance Program and the Department of Real Estate.
