Jordan Ferguson

Associate
Jordan Ferguson advises clients in emerging and traditional industries on real estate, land use, environmental, government contracts, and regulatory compliance matters. With a vast understanding of California's state and local regulations, Jordan regularly counsels clients on entitlement processes, licensing and development agreements, regulatory compliance issues, negotiating with government entities, and both drafting and defending bid protests at the city, county, and state levels.

Jordan also guides clients through environmental impact analyses and issues relating to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). He has worked closely with federal, state, and local regulators to provide insight on developments related to emerging technologies, including autonomous vehicles and drones.

Jordan has authored several articles on the regulation of emerging technologies, privacy in public, and the online vacation rental marketplace. He has also presented on these topics and continues to stay up to date on the issues and challenges surrounding real estate, land use, and regulatory compliance.
