Jordan Ferguson

Counsel
Jordan Ferguson advises clients in emerging and traditional industries on real estate, land use, environmental, government contracts, and regulatory compliance matters. With a vast understanding of California's state and local regulations, Jordan regularly addresses entitlement processes, licensing and development agreements, and regulatory compliance issues. He also assists in negotiating with government entities, and drafts and defends bid protests at the city, county, and state levels.

Jordan guides clients through environmental impact analyses and issues related to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). He has worked closely with federal, state, and local regulators to provide insight on developments in emerging technologies, including autonomous vehicles and drones.

Jordan has authored several articles on the regulation of emerging technologies, privacy in public, and the online vacation rental marketplace. He has presented on these topics and continues to stay current on the issues and challenges surrounding real estate, land use, and regulatory compliance.
