Raquel Flynn

Raquel L. Flynn represents clients in complex product liability and mass torts litigation. Raquel has experience drafting appellate briefs, pleadings, and memoranda. As a law clerk to the Honorable Stuart R. Berger in the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland, she researched legal issues related to workers’ compensation, title insurance right of access provisions, and appellate jurisdiction. She also assisted in judicial opinion writing for both unreported opinions and opinions for publication.

Raquel graduated at the top of her class at the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she was associate managing editor of the University of Baltimore Law Review. During law school, she worked as a summer associate at Venable, conducting research on black-letter products liability law and drafting a memorandum on trust residency for tax situs purposes.
