Rose graduated summa cum laude from New York Law School and served as a senior staff editor of the New York Law School Law Review, where she honed her writing skills. During law school, Rose was a tort law and constitutional law teaching assistant and an evidence research assistant. Rose also interned for the Cyberharassment Clinic at New York Law School, where she represented victims of online harassment, such as cyberbullying, revenge porn, and online sexual assault. Rose conducted client interviews, researched case law, offered counsel on various legal options, and advised on legislation.
While completing her degree, Rose interned for a sole litigator, where she gained hands-on experience with cases concerning entertainment law and labor and employment disputes. There, she conducted legal research on issues related to labor and employment discrimination laws, including elements of gender, sexual, and religious discrimination claims.
As a summer associate at Venable, Rose gained valuable experience conducting research and drafting memoranda on regulatory, labor and employment, bankruptcy, corporate, and IP matters, including trademarks, trade secrets, and copyright infringement.
