Andrew Gindea provides estate planning counsel and services to high-net-worth clients who count on his practical, personalized guidance, from their first meeting through execution and implementation of their estate plans. Andrew collaborates with his Venable colleagues and outside experts in accounting and financial planning to develop plans that protect clients’ assets and achieve their estate and tax planning goals. He drafts a variety of estate planning documents, including wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts (including spousal lifetime access trusts (SLATs)), and manages updates to those documents as needed.
