Eva-Maria has experience with cases involving U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) investigations, alleged Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) violations, and internal corporate investigations into reported misconduct. She has also represented clients in contract breach cases.

Eva-Maria graduated from St. John’s School of Law, where she was part of the St. John’s Law Review and Moot Court Society. She also took part in the Consumer Justice for the Elderly: Litigation Clinic, where she represented an elderly client scammed by a contractor.
